Ordered two drinks, tall chai latte and tall hazelnut latte. Was confirmed twice with Hazelnut but my latte was without it. Handed to us with two drinks with two different stickers but when asked which one was which… could not give us an answer.
I stopped by for a peach smoothie (which was amazing — super creamy and refreshing), but realized I forgot my wallet at the window. I apologized, but Jim and Adam just smiled and said, ‘It’s on us!’ Such a kind gesture. Awesome service and even better people!
I went today for a little pick me up, engaged in a nice little conversation with the barista/worker there. He told me that he had something for me, and low and behold my drink was free. Now this was a one time event, but it truly made me have a better day. But on a regular basis it is pretty good, and I might prefer Scooters over Starbucks.
