Pulled up to the drive thru which was only half lit up. Waited for several minutes - no one asked for our order or even said I’ll be with you in a minute. After waiting at drive thru we Pulled into one of the drive in slots - pushed the button/ no one came on and it timed out. Hit the button again / same thing. Pulled back around to the drive the drive thru - sat for several minutes again and no one came on the speaker to take our order. 20 minutes wasted to never be able to place an order - there were 2 other cars there in the drive in slots and no one ahead of us in the drive thru either time but still could not place an order. After reading reviews here it looks like this is a regular thing here.

Disappointing experience. I went to get through the drive thru and tried to order and the worker said that she couldn’t hear me and asked me to pull up to the window. So I did and put in my order there. I ordered a Sonic cheeseburger burger with no pickle or onion. The worker kept asking for clarification and I spoke very clearly what I wanted. But when I got home my burger had everything I asked to be taken off on it and none of the other stuff I wanted. Really upsetting due to the fact that I pulled up to the window so they could hear me better and made very clear what my order was, yet my order was still wrong.

I waited in the stall for about 10 minutes after I pushed the button. See 2 workers standing in the entryway just talking. 2 others just walking around inside. There was only 3 other cars. Finally just drove off. McDonalds got my business today!
I did not even get waited on. So i finally went to drive thru still no service will not stop in this sonic again.

The lady stuck her finger in the top of my drink to drain some because it was fizzing then proceeded to hand me the cup with the same lid she stuck her finger in after sticking it into the actual drink
