Went through drive thru so can’t comment on the inside. Staff were friendly, order was correct and food was tasty (as always). I don’t really know what makes the crunchy beef burrito “crunchy” because ours were just beef and cheese sauce. The hard tacos were good but tots are always a bit salty for me. I forgot to ask for any hot sauce so we didn’t get any. Overall though we always enjoy Taco John’s.
I created a mobile order and had 4 fiesta burritos on the order. Everyone liked them but what i received was not a fiesta burrito. No pico, no lettuce and then black beans were added. I had a fiesta burrito the other day and it was phenomenal. This mystery burrito was good but not what I ordered. And a large Ole was missed on my order which isn't huge deal and was taken care of. But the food being different every time I get something is the main reason I have avoided taco johns in the past. When I make a $60 order, especially for pickup, I expect it to be right. Please correct this.
I wish we had Taco John’s in San Antonio! My favorite from growing up in Nebraska. The hard shell tacos 🌮 are the best!
I went in at an odd time, but the girls working were very nice, and friendly. My food was hot! No problems!
Was given cold food. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos and they were a step above frozen. Like they havent even attempted to heat up the food.
Food is pretty good.
Paid for extra sauce. This happens everytime i come for the fish tacos. And they never come with extra sauce. Just barely enough to know it's there. Voices of cloud count was right. Place is going downhill.
I had the fish tacos and enjoyed them. One taco was shorted on fish and lettuce, but still tasted good.
Avery was amazing, I wasn't clear on what I ordered so she asked us to check it before we left the drive thru. she was very kind and thoughtful and remade my order without a fuss. we love this store and stop everytime we drive thru to Nebraska. as a Nebraska native relocated to Oklahoma, I miss Taco John's!!!! we need one in Oklahoma!!
It's ok. Food is decent. Not to expensive but I've had better

This place really needs to dive deep into their management.
Whenever the entire shift looks like a crack head circus and the drive through can't figure out how to do a simple order and the kitchen smells like it's on fire, it's concerning.
Used to be a decent establishment several years ago. Not much to brag on these days. It's unfortunate.
