We stopped for lunch and the food was AMAZING. Not to mention the service. They made us fresh Pico upon request (pro tip- put some in the salsa. Soooo good). We got to talk with the owner a little bit, wonderful people and wonderful food!

Always looking for a hidden gem! Well this isn’t it. Smothered breakfast burrito was eggs, a few little pieces of bacon, American cheese in a tortilla smothered with some nasty green sauce from a can it tasted. Daughter ordered a club sandwich. Waitress came out after 10 minutes said they didn’t have Texas toast so asked if she wanted white or wheat. Took about 20 minutes to get food. We were only customers. Daughter ended up with a BLT. No club. We ordered diet coke but they didn’t have any. Ordered 2 waters. Water tasted terrible. Ate a little and left to get get food in Lamar. I always drive by this on my back and forth between Kansas and Colorado and see their roadside flags and sign that says good food. Lol. Just close up shop. It’s obvious nobody likes your food. Very awkward place. Waste of our time and money.

I found two hairs on mi food, one on my fajitas and the other one in my quesibirria, and have to say that we were expecting 6 quesibirria tacos with corn tortilla and we got 6 flour quesadilla wet on red Chilli, really upset with it cus we paid 106$ for everything don't blame on that cus maybe we didn't explain well but naaah really upset!!!!
Maria makes authentic and delicious Mexican food! Loved the green salsa with green peppers. My husband had the Chile Colorado - excellent flavor. Interesting to talk with owners and other customers. One man highly recommended their breakfast omelet. Eat here!

Came into town to get a coffee with my pups and the staff instead gave us coffee and breakfast. We hadnt eaten a good meal for nearly two days so thank you guys for helping.
Stopped on my motorcycle ride along the Santa Fe Trail. Had the Taco AlPastor, with rice and beans. Was told to try the hot sauce and it was awesome.

Nice place
Decent food at reasonable prices
Better than expected, it's the only place in town. Sometimes that can make a place pretty sketchy, but not here

Incredible food. Our family ordered an assortment of tacos, chili Colorado, homemade guacamole, and the chips are made fresh in house, and the salsa was perfect. Great hospitality and also tried some of their spicy salsa picosa ... I love the heat and flavor was top notch. Simply some of the most authentic and best tasting Mexican food I've had. In Coolidge of all places! If youre in the area, and craving Mexican, you cant beat this food. Especially at this price!! Everything being made in house is so awesome. 👌

Passing through from Oklahoma to Colorado. Wow!! Incredibly authentic food! I had the barria tacos with rice and beans! The consumé with the tacos was fantastic and the rice and beans are amazing! My husband had chicken and beef enchiladas and they were fantastic! The salsa was the best salsa I have ever had. If you’re passing through Coolidge Kansas, you MUST stop here to eat!

I am in Holly to be with my mom during her last days. I have been trying to find somewhere to eat breakfast and have a cup of coffee. A local finally recommended Maria's and I am so glad that they did. A hot breakfast and a good cup of coffee is so good for my body and soul right now. Thanks for being the only place within 30 miles that I can sit down for a meal each morning. I will be returning every day until I am no longer needed in Holly.
