Incredible food. Our family ordered an assortment of tacos, chili Colorado, homemade guacamole, and the chips are made fresh in house, and the salsa was perfect. Great hospitality and also tried some of their spicy salsa picosa ... I love the heat and flavor was top notch. Simply some of the most authentic and best tasting Mexican food I've had. Passing through from Oklahoma to Colorado. Wow!! Incredibly authentic food! I had the barria tacos with rice and beans! The consumé with the tacos was fantastic and the rice and beans are amazing! My husband had chicken and beef enchiladas and they were fantastic! The salsa was the best salsa I have ever had. If you’re passing through Coolidge Kansas, you MUST stop here to eat!
I am in Holly to be with my mom during her last days. I have been trying to find somewhere to eat breakfast and have a cup of coffee. A local finally recommended Maria's and I am so glad that they did. A hot breakfast and a good cup of coffee is so good for my body and soul right now. Thanks for being the only place within 30 miles that I can sit down for a meal each morning. I will be returning every day until I am no longer needed in Holly.
