Loved this place & the food was so good! I had not been in Cuba, Ks, since my childhood going to the Klaumann family reunions. Just sitting in this Cafe brought back so many memories.

We were driving cross country and looking for a place to rest - saw signs "Welcome to Cuba" and "Czech us out" and we couldn't resist! Saw many cars parked in front of Betty's Cafe, and decided to see what the draw was in this town of 200 or so people. Although the cafe apparently was not quite open yet, nobody told us so and instead said the coffee would be ready in a minute. It seems to be a gathering spot for locals, and five or six people stopped at our table to chat. It was only 10:45am and we hadn't intended to eat lunch, but everyone was so friendly that we couldn't resist staying longer. Delicious potato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. We looked up the history of the town and were impressed with the way people worked together for the common good. Great place and we will definitely stop when driving cross country again!

This is a grand old building in a quaint little town in north central Kansas..Wonderful people run the place..Some yummy fried chicken and fried green tomatoes..Good burgers and beer available..Friendly people..Mike and his wife are somewhat new to the area and love it here..Go please and let this place be your go to fun and food..Take the group with ya..Please help keep them in business..Go Now

I stopped on November 4 and had the fried chicken lunch special. It was some of the best chicken I ever had. The people were very polite and the service was great! I intend to stop again whenever I'm in the area
