While it can be a bit busy during lunch, I typically am acknowledged by several employees. The shortest line that I have been in at noon on Saturday had 6 people ahead of me. Even though you would think that it would be quite a while for you to get your order,the staff works together as a team. Have had a good experience every time except today. Would have been 5 stars but a heavier set gal with brown hair helped me and I ordered a deluxe meatball. She put 8 meatballs on it. I said can I make that a deluxe to remind her and she said she already did. So I was charged for a deluxe and didn't get a deluxe. Had this been my only experience I would've given a 1 star.
