Walked in to a host on their phone. Waited while server chatted with other table. Watched another table leave the section and sit in the bar area to get service. Finally got order placed. I ordered an appetizer as a meal and got it almost immediately. 40 minutes later still waiting on my spouses burger and my toddlers Mac and cheese. Left cash on the table to cover my food and went to McDonald’s. Didn’t seem like anyone in the restaurant was working and were instead just at work. Very disappointed

Shocked! Played a game on the table kiosk and they charged me for playing $3 scammers, the food wasn't good either

Very disappointed or waitress Kiffany was not helpful, slow to respond. .. we ordered chicken strips and chicken breast. Both were overcooked and dry. Would not go back again.

We are on a mini vacation and stopped for a bite to eat. We had all you can eat wings, riblets, and tenders and they were wonderful. The only reason we didn't give them 5 stars on food was because the slaw was not cold, and very dry. The new Spicy Honey Mustard dipping sauce is AMAZING! We will definitely order this at our local restaurant!

Food, service and atmosphere were fine. Very disappointed with managers inability to accommodate a simple request. One which would have cost the establishment almost nothing and I was willing to pay for the inconvenience. Very small things make lasting impressions. In this case a very negative one.
The one star is for poor managerial and customer retention skills.

Drove home 3 and a half hours after using curb side to go to find they hadn’t given me my full order. The steak was dryer than Vegas in July and they forgot my mashed potatoes!! Extremely disappointed with this location and will certainly never return. If I could rate zero stars I absolutely would. Horrible!!
