Went through the drive-though. Man took our order, was quick & friendly. Got the window paid, then man told us to pull up (so if other customers came) we sat for 20 minutes, then my husband pulled our vehicle in to parking spot ( we sat another 10 minutes, then my husband went inside. ▪︎ He got our food, no apologies, no free item, no refund, nothing. No customer service. We didnt have time to get with the manager. I will be getting with the corporate office. ▪︎They were not busy, no excuses, except for being ran like "Crap". Also we order fish sandwiches, they were awful, full of tartar sauce (little goes a long way), plus lettuce was so slimy....... ▪︎The were just trash, a waste if time & our money. Tried to scrap the tartar sauce/ lettuce off to while driving, just to get something in our stomach, after we had been driving 6.5 to get to Dodge City. Save your time & money.

Alexis or Alexia was my cashier and she was very attentive even during a rush. This young lady was very helpful and suggestive to a first time Arby's customer (myself).

I Visit this place while traveling through town in the afternoon it wasn't that busy, but while I was ordering food and waiting I happened to here a conversation that was kinda gross coming from an older man wearing glasses and a beanie talking to his workers.I was dumbfounded I got my food and left.The team was good but that man idk who he is but what he said shouldn't be said at a workplace especially to the young folks that was there.
