Was in the drive through for a root-beer freeze with two cars ahead of me for about 15 min. No joke! No apologies were given when we got to the window. In fact, you could tell they made it when we ordered it at the speaker and that it had been sitting on the counter! I'm thinking sonic may be my best bet next time!
The food is terrible. Their chicken sandwich was like a piece of jerky between cardboard. There are much better fast food restaurants to go to. Only reason it's not 1 star is because the burgers are ok if you pretend you have never had a burger before.

Service was horrible. They got our order wrong and instead of just fixing it we had to stand in line for a refund and reorder. Then they forgot to bring out one person's food. They unapologetic and slightly rude. We ended up standing in line again for another refund.
