Not a great experience. The drinks were awful, I mean truly disgusting. We had to force them down and chase it with lemons There were snotty looking things floating in the vinegar bottles, the waitress had an obvious language barrier, and what kind of Italian restaurant plays Mexican music? The tables were dirty and so was the bathroom. At least the food was decent. We opted to try a couple apps and see how it went. We left after the apps. We got 2 drinks and 2 apps and still paid over $50.

I called to place a to go order. 1st call was answered but no one said anything, after I said hello twice they hung up. 2nd call, a younger lady answered, she mumbled something then said “ay, motherf*****” & hung up. 3rd call, she answered "Bella Italia". I asked her if I could place an order to go, then also told her about the 2 previous calls, she said "okay, hold on." While on hold, I was telling my daughter about the 2 previous calls, the lady apparently was still on the line & over heard this, she spoke up, apologized & admitted that it was her. She stated that they had gotten some prank calls prior and thought I was another prank call. I accepted her apology though I felt it was still very unprofessional. My total was $32.70. But at Bella Italia when you pay with cash, you are given a discount. I gave the lady $40.00 cash & she gave me back $7.00. So not only did I not get the cash discount, I also didn’t get my .30 cents change, which I would have originally let her keep along with a 20% tip, but by this point, I was super annoyed and decided it’s best to just smile, say thank-you, grab my food and leave without leaving a tip.

Very well seasoned. Everything was delicious. Would have been a 5 stars if the shrimp had been seared just a little longer. But other than that, definitely would recommend this restaurant. And I am definitely going back!

? % the BEST Italian Restaurant in Kansas delicious ? authentic fine cuisine that EVERYONE should go try my 2 year old approved and she's the pickiest eater I known! All in house homemade deliciousness very highly recommended to try over and over again get sum!!!
Hubby and I went there for the first time 2/17. He ordered the Chicken Piccata and I ordered the Dean Martin, both meals were delicious. Then we thought we'd get the tiramisu, it was HUGE!! Waitress was great as she was the only one managing the foor. Will definitely go back..
The calzones are huge! We had the chicken Alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs and a pepperoni calzone. The spaghetti tastes like it has wine in the sauce. Everything was delicious. The only thing missing is a salad before your meal.Kid-friendliness: They d on have a kids menu option, just ask!Our kids had the spaghetti and meatballs and cheese ravioli.

My husband and I were the only people there because it was Thanksgiving day. Our "server" got our drinks and brought our food out, but that was all she did! She didn't check on us after we started, we had to ask if bread was available. She brought us 4 breadsticks, which were cool and tough to chew. We both ordered the spaghetti with marinara & meatballs. The plates came out and there was water puddled in the corners of the plates. The pasta was overcooked and had a mushy texture. The sauce & meatballs were "okay" at best, but left a funky after-taste. Overall, the food sat very heavy with both of us and neither of us enjoyed the visit.
