Great food. Great staff. Great new location. I had lunch at Billy Sims BBQ in Joplin , MO and enjoyed wonderful brisket and was very impressed with the staff. Jennifer, Dontavious, and Brandon provided great service and a very clean environment. I will be back often.

I came here for BBQ and left questioning every decision I’ve ever made that didn’t involve eating here sooner. The brisket melted in my mouth like it had been slow-cooked by angels on their day off. The baked beans slapped me in the face with happiness. 10/10 would risk my cholesterol again.

I was craving a loaded spud-they were already sold out for the day but the girls working the counter made a side spud into a loaded spud! How awesome is that—and the boss was very fair with the price. Great place to eat!!

Niomi was an awesome employee she went above and beyond. The good was great and delicious and hot. She was the only one working at the time but still made everything quick enough for all of us. All the meat we tried was delicious and they have some of the best potato salad ive had before. I recommend this!!

Food was cold and when I asked them to warm it up the employee put his hands on his head like it was a problem. I would have been happy with them just reheating it but the other employee said I'm sure he'll remake your order.

Decent place to eat. Ribs were tasty. Mac n cheese and BBQ beans were really good. Smaller place with some seating. Could get full quickly, but had the option of take-out. Dessert was great, but enough for more than one person. I'd go back again.
