We stopped into Billy Simms BBQ on the way home from the Superbowl. The ribs were PERFECT, FALL OFF THE BONE, WITH A GREAT CRUST!!! The brisket was moist and tender!! We had the CHILI MAC-N-CHEESE and it was great. Jesse the manager was awesome!!! He and the staff were friendly, (even though he was a Raiders Fan!!) Service was fast and food was great, the place was clean and of course seeing Billy Simms, an OKLAHOMA LEGEND, all over the walls was a treat!!Being from Kansas City, the ribs may have been as good as I have ever had!! Great Job!!!

Rarely do I give such a poor review, but this place deserves it. I ordered chopped beef sandwich , beans, mac and cheese. He ordered brisket, sausage , Cole slaw, and mac and cheese. Drinks were diet Pepsi. All portions were generous, but cold. Mac and cheese, tasteless. Slaw um ok but watery. His brisket was dry,even to look at it was noticeably dry. Somewhat tender but dry and unfavorable. My chopped beef, was okay. The beans had bits of beef in them, which gave them the flavor they otherwise would not have had at all. The Pepsi - did not taste like Pepsi. Maybe machine needed cleaning. There was music, and it was great, and kept at a low sound so you could hear the person you were with. Something that bothered us both in checking out, was the screen popped up with recommendation amounts for a tip. Really? Cashier had to explain what this even was. We paid a tip - you only had so many choices, but felt none was due. No, we will never go back, and we both have felt ill ever since. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I bought day old ribs. I asked for fresh ribs from today but the manager said they were all made yesterday? I understand it is a process to cook ribs but I bought them after 3pm. So they should have been fresh from the same day. Also they we very dry. So sad because I thought about buying these all week after working hard and , didn't want to cook.Also I bought a large baked beans and I asked the manager if they still have brisket in the beans she said yes. There was none. My hint that Billy Sims food has declined should have been : they had no business. No customers on a Sunday afternoon?? With the exception of an elderly couple eating inside. I felt sorry for them afterwards eating overly cooked meats.

Out of baked potatoes at 6pm on a Saturday night.... boo!!! ? I ordered the 3 meat an two sides with a 2 ribs.Chicken ( dry) pulled pork ( also dry) brisket chopped, loved it and the ribs fell off the bone. My sides were potatoe salad, very mayonnaise but I enjoyed every bite. Baked beans, decent. Sweet tea to wash it all down.

Went for takeout to get the MVP. Employees were rude, could barely hear the cashier and they gave us the whole loaf in its bag. Anytime I had a question it seemed like they didn't even want to answer it. It was my first time here and honestly wouldn't come back. To add on they forgot a rack of ribs. Worst place ever!

I got nearly all of my order for take out. They didn't put in the 1/2 pound of polish sausage I ordered and paid for. On top of it I gave them a 20% tip. Obviously I wouldn't have if I knew the order was incomplete. FAIL

Ordered through Door Dash as we were traveling through and hotel bound. Meat was delicious. Couldnt eat try the sides or dessert because the restaurant didnt include any silverware and forgot some of our sides. When we contacted them to see about getting them replaced, they said a manager would run them over. We waited 90 minutes and they never showed. They said they put the items outside the door and notified the front desk. There was nothing outside and front desk hadn't talked to anyone.
I was eating my sandwich and it had a big piece of plastic in it. I took it up to the counter, and all he did was take my napkin with plastic on it and said it from when I was cutting the meat. NO SORRY

Dirty tables, floor. Service extremely slow. Turkey was old and dry. Pulled pork was very greesy, and a lot of fat. Unable to eat most of pulled pork.

Horrible service. They decided to swipe our card then after doing so they told us that we had to pay for our drinks separately. On top of that the meat cutting station was extremely dirty and they had many different types of meat on the cutting bored. After all that our food came out cold.

First time easting at this chain. This location was not very good. The brisket, both chopped and sliced, was very dry and had no flavor, ribs were a bit fatty, which can be good, but had no flavor, the jalapeno sausage was decent. Green beans had no flavor and the BBQ beans were ok. The baked potato salad was just ok.Folks were very friendly, place was clean.
