A must stop for distillery lovers. On a road trip from Wisconsin to Tucson we opted for a day in Dodge. The town is awesome but that’s another story. We love distilleries and headed here for drinks after our day. We had the best time. The bartender (I’m embarrassed I didn’t get her name) explained all about their spirits, which are many. I had a house old fashioned and then built one. My wife had a hot bourbon and a rosemary mule. If we didn’t have to head to our campground we’d have had several more. We bought a bottle of Old Fashioned to go. Will def go back if ever in the area

The vodka tastes like paint thinner. Disappointing

The ladies at the Boothill Distillery tonight were great ? Loved the drinks they recommended and they were so helpful with my friend. 10/10 would tell people to come here. Old fashioned for me was on point ?Parking: They had parking in a lot out front

Such a great bar, the servers are fantastic, the drinks are great and the vibe is perfect. I was lucky to meet the owners who are passionate about the product and explained how the business developed. A must visit in Dodge.

AMAZING! Words cannot express how amazing this experience was. We went for the tour and stayed for the service. The tour offers so much history and knowledge of the city and distilling process. The drinks were amazing and everyone treated you as if you were family. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!!

First trip to a distillery, as wife and I usually do wine and beer stops. But after driving thru Dodge City, decided to stop and check it out. Best decision of our whole trip. Had a flight, did a tour and left with a nice-sized bag of happiness. Great staff and great products. Highly recommended, by these two Sooners...

We saw this by accident and it was such a great find. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the spirits are delicious. The Barrel Aged Manhattans are delicious. Also loved the historic building - be sure to stop by if you are in DC.

Can't say enough about how good this place is! If you follow my reviews, you know on particular about distillers. This is top notch A1place. Not only is the bar area and bartenders knowledgeable on the drinks but also the history of the building and distilling in general. Our bartend! Arron, was easy to ask questions to and just his experiences on life were a pleasure to have discussed. Had a couple drinks before tour, had a couple more after tour, bought a couple premixed in cans and bought a couple bottles. If I lived here, I would be sitting at the bar everyday!

What a fun place! The spirits are great, and the staff knowledgeable and welcoming! Stephanie is amazing, take a tour with her! I learned a lot about distilled spirits. The building has lots of interesting history. I see great things in the future for this business.

We arrived early at 3 pm for our 4 pm distillery tour. We decided to try our the Charcuterie board ... delicious! Our bartender, Austin, created two amazing old fashions. They were from a list of in‐house distillations, syrups, and our choice of bitters. Both drinks were amazing. The tour was thoroughly enlightening. We saw every step of the process and we were able to try six in‐house products. They even make individual aged casks with recipe to order. The bourbon and whiskey is amazing. The vodka and gin is legit too. Special thanks to Brock, Julia, and Stephanie!Definitely worth a visit and a couple drinks!
