Went to buy a cake and they misspelled the name even though I wrote it down for them. Granted my fault for not checking to make sure ,but how do you ask someone what they want on the cake and still misspell it. It wasn’t even busy

Always fresh food, well worth the wait everytime. Have never had a bad experience, good quality service and I'm a regular!!
Parking: Approximately 15 plus there is street parking near. It's sometimes difficult to find a spot because the food and service are excellent.

I hate to be a Karen, but we watched four kids try to make two dip cones that kept getting dropped in the chocolate. And made comments when we asked if they could remake the half dipped cone. I'm sorry but if I pay pretty much five dollars for an icecream I'd at least like to be able to eat it without it falling on me.If I could give this place a negative I would.
