Ordered a cake batter blast, and an Oreo brookie blast, paid for them, got to the window and they told us they were out of both. And that the manager was gone and couldn't refund the money. At some point during this, the manager showed up with the key and they got the ingredients to finish making our blasts. They were good, but it was a hassle that did not need to happen.
The employee had an attitude due to the fact when I placed my order it wasn't right she rolled her eyes and served us with an attitude my ice cream was delicious after I got it prepared right.
