Everything was perfect, the pizzas are great and they speak Spanish.

Facility - modern micro brewery. Order from the counter. Large selection of beers. Before ordering, make sure you ask what the special is. Pizza was good but nothing special. Two large, clean unisex bathrooms.  Menu photos as of May 2024.

I suppose it can be dangerous stopping at a brewery only 90 minutes into a six-hour drive home, because…you know…it could turn into nine hours if you’re not real careful. But since I had been to Dodge City Brewing Company before and knew how good it was, there was no hesitation to make the turn onto 3rd Avenue. Done. Settled. Home can wait.I dove right in an ordered a pint of their 3rd Street IPA, a delightfully refreshing and approachable IPA (6.6% ABV; 73 IBU). You’ll have to ask them why the brew has “Street” in the name, while their address is “Avenue” It probably doesn’t matter, though. And for lunch, I spied a cauliflower crust option on the pizza menu. I was prepared to go sans cheese, but just on a chance, I asked, “Do you have any vegan cheese?” My server said they had just gotten some in, so I went with that, off-menu and all.The best part is that it was delicious. I resisted the temptation to down it all, because I knew I would be looking for a rest area to take a nap. I downed another IPA, ordered a 32-ounce crowler of it to go, grabbed a souvenir tacker, and headed back toward Texas. I’ll finish that pizza and beer in no time, a fond memory of my return to DCBC. Here’s to next time!Vegetarian options: They have a cauliflower crust on the menu, and vegan cheese (off-menu). Or, for everyone else, they have all the right choices!

Stopped for a beer on the patio, traveling through. They were so nice to us and our dog. The Long Branch Porter was great. Hubs liked the 1872 so much he bought some to go. Thanks!

Very nice brewery, great beer and very friendly staff! I left a thorough review on Untappd for each beerthat I tried. Got a flight then tried a whiskey cola.Kid-friendliness: I saw a guy bring his kid in to eat some pizza.

Excellent pizza! Thin crust is my favorite and this does not disappoint. The ingredients are all quality. The service and atmosphere were great as well. I was solo so thats the real test.

I feel like I find the best breweries when I just drive up on them. Dodge City Brewery did not disappoint. Nothing but positive. Jess and Alyssa were nothing but fantastic. Every beer tasted was perfect.

The food, drink & atmoshere were all great. They were unusually busy for a Wed night so service was slow, but wait staff were apologetic & kept up with our needs.

Excellent, attentive service despite being a busy Saturday night. The best brick oven pizza and nachos...the two of us devoured an Uncle Red's plus took one home. Great selection of beers. Highly recommend High Five, Uncle Johnny's, and Third St.; however, all of the others (we sampled or flighted them all) were fine examples of their styles. Lastly, the ambiance was chill and comfortable.

Excellent pizza and beer. We were in town for State Basketball Tournament and got a discount. The place was busy but the service was quick.
