I would give zero stars if I could, but it will not let me. We were served catfish with a hair rubber band fried to the side of the fillet. Management is the one who actually served the plate to us. Neither member of management seem to concerned and just laughed it off and said sorry. Will do better next time. The casino was unable to find a senior member of management that evening. Nobody seems to know who was in charge. I would recommend that you never eat anything from this casino. I will be reporting this to the health department after the holiday weekend.

Menu on their website doesn’t match menu provided in restaurant. Since menu was different I had to ask what vegetarian options were available as I had already picked out my meal. Our waiter was fabulous but wasn’t sure what options were available. He went to ask Victor, whom I assume is a manger. Instead of Victor informing our waiter or coming to the table to explain my options, he stood by the staff computer area displaying poor customer service and setting a bad example for the employees. He told our waiter nothing is vegetarian (wrong), depends on food I don’t eat, and I shouldn’t have come to eat here. Other than Victor being rude our dinner was nice. Food was delicious and served quickly. I would recommend but not if you have dietary restrictions.

We ordered our meal for carry out as we stayed at the nearby hotel with our dog. Other than a little cooler than I had hoped, our food was a solid 4 stars!! I had the pork chop, that I ordered medium, and it was prepared perfectly!! My husband ordered the fried catfish, and other than not being served with lemon, he said it was good. Im sure had we eaten in the restaurant, both issues would have been handled immediately.
Our salads were fresh and delicious!
I recommend Fireside if you are visiting Dodge City.

The food at this upscale dining restaurant is nicely prepared and offers adequate portions. And a wide variety for a gourmet experience.

Ok. I have no idea where bad reviews came from. I base alot of where eat on reviews. Was not going to eat here originally, but were tired after being on road ( in for a concert)and gave it a shot. We travel often and eat out. I have no problem leaving a bad review if bad. Same with exceptional and this was! The smiles and the service were great. We had the short ribs ravioli for supper. WOW! Wonderful!.... So tried breakfast brunch for Sunday. Same! All food wonderful and variety offered. No room for the 8$ whole lobster offer but looked great on other plates. Service top notch... I would stop here on road just to eat. Quite happy! Value for money was good. Ice tea was good and fresh. (I am sort of a nut with my ice tea.) Quite happy!

We had the Airline chicken, the menu showed one side, waitress stated that it didn’t come with a side, tried to show her but still no side. Small serving and price was $$$. So will not go back!

Sit down restaurant is inside and to the side of the bar. Food was good. They don't have soup spoons so I had to eat my soup with a tea spoon. Maybe that's how it was for the cowboys.

Despite being close 2 pm paid for the buffet and left a tip. The service was really lacking. The waiter acted like it was a problem serving us. Made me want my tip back even more. The food. The hot chicken was cold and dried out. The bacon that was on there was cold same with sausage. The scrambled eggs why green peppers or jalapenos? The prime rib was very raw and no seasoning. Everyone made us feel like it was time to go. Even if wanted more prime rib the guy took what was left to the back leaving a greasy trail to the kitchen. The ice cream was melting before I got it to the table. And half the toppings do not work at all. This nasty service and food all cost me 63.00. do not recommend this place to anyone.

Very overpriced, for what tasted like pre-cooked frozen food that was re-heated.

This used to be a real good place to eat. You could go in and get a nice piece of prime rib with all the trimmings at a decent price. They had specials like root beer leg of veal with barley that was amazingly good. Now it's let's just slop the hogs, and see what they will pay.
I liked it. We came into the casino on a crisp winter evening & they didn't have a dress code, so we proceeded to go to the restaurant which also said they didn't have a dress code but you would look a little out of place if you did not try on your apparel. The food was good we just got a hamburger, plain & some French fries. No appetizers, no drinks, just that. It was under $20 (Winter 2023) hamburger was really good, what you would expect from the nicer place in a casino & not a quick service place, the server was good, not too terribly fast, but what you would expect not being fast food, & the atmosphere was dressed a little up, I think because of the holidays, but I did see a little bit of dust & cobwebs so it seemed nice but it could be nicer, if I were to staying there again, I think that I would make a trip to get the hamburger.

Final night of a two week vacation. Decided to have dinner at the Fireside restaurant which was next door to hotel. We shared a prime rib dinner along with extra sides. The meal was excellent. The prime rib was perfectly done and delicious. The sides of salad and loaded baked potato were spot on. Our server, Jacqueline, was attentive and accommodated our requests with no problem. Would definitely recommend. PS. This restaurant is located inside a casino which is a smoking venue. I was a bit worried about drifting cigarette smoke but was pleased that I did not notice it at all.
