The food has definitely gone downhill. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye and at least 4 oz of it was nothing but gristle. It had no flavor. Was cooked wrong. I really expected better from this place and it has been much better in the past. But it has gone down hill in a very short time. I don't think we will be back
I had the 14oz Ribeye and it was cooked the way I like. It was juicy and flavorful.
The service was not great. Although not very busy I had to wait awhile before being acknowledged by a server. The service inattentive and wasn't very good. I had to ask for utensils once I was served.
I overheard other tables commenting on the poor service and someone else had to ask for utensils when served.

Menu on their website doesn’t match menu provided in restaurant. Since menu was different I had to ask what vegetarian options were available as I had already picked out my meal. Our waiter was fabulous but wasn’t sure what options were available. He went to ask Victor, whom I assume is a manger. Instead of Victor informing our waiter or coming to the table to explain my options, he stood by the staff computer area displaying poor customer service and setting a bad example...
