Service was outstanding and the Food was better! Guacamole was one of the best I've had. Chicken Fajitas are a must try. Enchiladas Verdes were wonderful. If you are looking for great Mexican food in Dodge City you won't be disappointed here.

The Chili Relleno was very good and the plate presentation was pretty. I found the food a little lighter than typical Mexican food which was a pleasant surprise and the quantity was just right. The environment was comfortable, the only distracting thing was there was competing music coming from somewhere (kitchen maybe?). The service was great.

I had the shrimp Tacos and my husband the enchilada plate, both were awesome! We left over full lol as we just kept eating the generous portions. Our server was super on top of things and very welcoming as well! Definitely recommend!!

I gave it 3 stars because their Google listing said they were open until 10. They were closed at 9.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gollo Grande, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is inviting and vibrant, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that makes it perfect for both casual outings and special celebrations. The interior design, with its tasteful décor and warm lighting, immediately makes you feel at ease.

The food is the star of the show. I started with their signature appetizer, the shrimp ceviche, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced in spices. For the main course, I tried the grilled ribeye steak, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The accompanying sides, especially the roasted vegetables, complemented the dish beautifully. Each bite was a true delight.

The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations. The timing of the dishes was just right, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and service you receive. Overall, Gollo Grande delivers an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for top-notch cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere.

Gollo Grande serves dynamite Mexican fare. If the salsa is good indicator of the quality of what is to come this one is just right. It was spicy, fresh, and full-bodied. As a vegetarian it can be tough to find a good place in small town USA, but Gollo Grande was a great spot. I had a burrito with beans and rajas that I couldn’t help but finish. After days of burgers and hot dogs I was happy to order bean and cheese burritos for my children. Luckily we visited on a Saturday when the posole is on the menu which impressed my husband and the delicious margarita and michelada were perfect additions to our meal. I rarely leave reviews but when you google “best restaurant in Dodge City” I hope you find Gollo Grande.
