We drove 3 hours to go eat here 3-29-25 we walked in there was a sign that said "please wait to be seated" so my brother and I waited and waited and waited,we could see employees in the back and I even said "Hello" loud enough. We were never attended on so we left. We will not be returning, maybe you guys need to keep at least one employee up front!

The truth is that in November I went to eat with my son and I ordered chicken and at night I couldn't stand the stomach pain, I had a fever, and the next day I stopped at the hospital with an intestinal infection they told me it was because of what I ate and it turns out that that day I didn't eat anything except the chicken at ihop

A bit of disorganization, but some credit because I think there was training going on. Hostess sat us at table but no one stopped to take our drink order to start with. Then took quite a while getting our order. Felt like we were put on the way back backburner. Waitress that was training should be promoted because she was doing her best and handling delegation well!

I ordered to go and my order was missing one pancake. There was no whipped cream or topping on my hot chocolate.
I've dined in at this location before and the dine-in experience is fine. I think it's worth coming here to dine in, but not to go.

I had a horrible experience, went to IHOP at 10pm , waited for a while for the server to seat us, noone was there, so decided to sit by myself. Then waited 10 minutes for someone to serve us , one of the waitress was busy joking with friends, I went requested for a menu, she told me wait I will come and no show again. Then another waitress came out of the kitchen so I called her to give me the menu , she was rude told me who seated you , I told her noone was in the reception area. She looked at us with a nasty look and left. I was soo disappointed so the best option was to leave , she saw us walking towards the door and didn't give a Damm to ask us anything or at least apologizing. What kind of employees, horrible service and attitude?

Probably the worst IHOP service Ive experience. After a 9hr drive from Colorado all my wife and I wanted at 11pm was a decent meal. Entered the restaurant only to be treated by no one, the servers were busy having fun with their highschool friends to care about customers. We sat ourselves and waited and waited, and waited. My wife got up to look for menus only yo be confronted by who I assume was the hostest who demanded to know who sat us. We told her we sat ourselves since there was no one at the entrance to do it. She gave us a less than friendly look and left saying the server will be with us shortly, which didnt happened as she was way yo busy laughing and talking with her friends. After a few minutes my wife and I decided to leave. We got up stated walking towards the exit when the hostest saw us and didnt even bother to ask what was wrong or even, "Have a good evening". Its a shame that people that dont seem to care about their jobs give an eatablishement like IHOP a bad reputation.

They was very slow on getting us coffee. To me our waiter Brayan had too much going on. He had a big table when we got there and then they gave him another big table. I ordered the 2X2 which was on the all you could eat pancake menu. My husband ordered for me more pancakes and the Bryan charged me 2 orders of pancakes.. Why do you not honor the all you can eat. When I ask why he charged he said because my husband ordered them and he had the biscuits and gravy. Won’t be back here. Wichita IHOP honors it even if my husband didn’t have it..
