We went for breakfast at IHOP in Dodge City. When we walked in the floor had trash everywhere. When the boy seated us he put us at a table with a pile of trash on the floor. When we asked him if he would sweep it up he mumbled something but never came back. The waitress came out to take our drink order and we asked her to clean it up she said she would get the person to do it. We sat there another 5 minutes and a female was in the kitchen yelling at them. We went to move to another table but just as dirty. There was only 5 tables with people. And being open 24 hours in a small town there is no reason for a dirty restaurant or disrespectful people. No one was doing anything. Never got our drinks, coffee and water..
Something about the sausage tasted weird and it was gonna make me throw up, the workers here are literally weirdos burping and talking about gross shit like yeah yall can enjoy whatever while working but literally chillax ain’t no one wanna hear the loud convos especially weird stuff I was gonna tip the waiter but she didn’t even look like she wanted to even keep on serving and only came around not even to wait a bit and straight up give the check but whateverI wasn’t enjoying the food either way expensive but the least yall could’ve done was give me more soda 😔 oh and yall needa get up to look when someone’s waiting at the counter to pay other than chatting.

Server took 10 minutes to come greet. There was only about 5 tables in the whole restaurant. He messed up our order. And just wasn't very friendly.

The food is phenomenal, but they need to change their slogan to IHop, come hungry, and leave broke! 😋 😆 🤣 😂

Safe food
Typical Ihop. Truthfully, I left after 10 minutes of not being waited on. Not busy at all especially for a Sunday morning. Giving them a 3 rating because maybe I should have waited a bit longer, but really not many customers and they had plenty of wait staff.

Horrible service, have to wait 15 minutes to pick up food ordered by the phone and already paid!!

We travel frequently and this was one of the better Ihops we have dined in. Service was phenomenal and the food was excellent (breakfast sampler, 2×2×2, and sirloin tip breakfast). Extra kudos to our server (I didn't ask his name but our receipt shows Kayden G so I hope that's right). He was awesome and very much appreciated.

Best IHOP I have ever been in. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was on point, arrived hot, fresh and very good presentation.
Can’t say enough about this location it was outstanding! We are travelers from Louisiana and definitely enjoyed, thank you!

Sat in this establishment for about 25 minutes and was never served. So I can't rate the food. The restaurant was clean, but the wait staff was inattentive.
Went to IHOP in Dodge City today and wonderful and welcoming service! Also had great meals! I can’t say this has always been the case, as I haven’t been in years due to crappy service in the past! I don’t know who is running the show now, but job well done! Thank you Juan for taking care of all of our needs and being so kind and helpful!

Had breakfast last night in the early morning. Ordered the sampler platter with eggs overeasy. Eggs were overcooked with a burnt brown bottom, sausages had strips of black on them, the ham had black spots all over it, and the bacon strips were brittle and burnt so badly that they were welded together. The hash browns and pancakes were the only passable items in the meal. Don't know if the cook was high or never was taught to cook in a restaurant environment... I cooked for two years at a Bickfords Pancake House and would have been immediately fired if the meals I prepared were even remotely similar to this one.
