I love the place I love the food and all but goodness. I have no clue why they would hire a teenage boy that doesn’t know what he’s doing. Very disrespectful as well. Me and my husband were there a couple days ago and he was very mean and disrespectful. I don’t think me and my husband will be going back. You guys need to fire that young man.

The food is really good overall but in my opinion i dont know why they would hire a teenage boy to work there when he doesn’t know what he’s doing lol😅 Half the time he did not know how to open a BAG so we had to do it ourselves. Good place, but get that boy with his highlights and laziness out of thereee😭😭

I love their food it is wonderful but most of all Linda and Joshie have become friends. They always go out of the way for us. We need more people who are like them in our community. It is always busy yet they have time to provide great service and food.

My michelada was good. Other than that, I wasn't impressed. All the salsas were so watered down as you can see in the photo.

They also charge 4% if you use a card, just FYI, they don't tell you that beforehand. Not a problem paying it but it would be nice to know ahead of time so we don't feel deceived when it comes time to pay.

I will not come back and I don't recommend.

Do not recommend Jaliscos in the mall. I've been going there since I was a little girl. The food has always been great. However, since moving back to Dodge with my husband and children they've always been extremely rude, again we go for the food and put up the the rudeness. Yes we always leave a tip, even with the horrible service. We went in this evening and it was horrible. My son knocked over a drink, not on purpose as he's not even 1. We apologized and helped clean. Then the chips were stale and we asked if we could get a new basket. Not thinking that was a big deal. The owners came out and told us that nothing was wrong with the chips, they weren't going to bring us more. They weren't going to refill the drink that was spilled and that we could leave if we didn't like it and not come back. We definitely will never go back. Absolutely no reason for that.
