We eat Jimmy John's regularly! Always good food! Mostly good customer service! If your picking up your order always check it like most places these days! The kickin ranch sauce is fantastic!! The one time they forgot to put it in the bag they brought it to us and included extra! Nice rewards program!

Jimmy John's is a sandwich shop that speaks for itself. The service is fast. Sandwich was finished by the time I came out of the bathroom from washing my hands. The bread is fresh. The meat is not spoiled. Though they don't have Grey Poupon anymore, the sandwich didn't suffer for it. The veggies was in good order. The staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Nothing on the floor. No bugs in the air or on the walls. Not in the food either. Two thumbs up!

I got my sandwich delivered to my work but idk what yall did but something in my sandwich gave me food poisoning, I had got my sandwich on the 13th of August arou d 1 ish 2 ate it and around 4:50 when I was closing up shop I started to feel dehydrated and dizzy almost passing out the next day it got worse almost felt like cramps and I couldn't eat anything without having to use the bathroom barely 30 min later same with drinking just water straight to the restroom I got the jj gargantuan with ez lettuce no mayo no onion ez tomatoe ez oil and vinegar reg mini croutons and regular crispy onion
