Ordered food at 5:27 and didn't have it until 6:34. At 6:09 the app said to pick up the pizza at the counter instead of the pizza portal it listed originally. They looked for my order and then eventually told me they lost the pizza and were making a new one. The workers were very nice and it was really busy so I understand but I do wish it hadn't taken so long. Would have been better if I was at least offered something for the time waiting.

Made an online order. Showed up 10 minutes after the website said it would be ready. They had not started the order. Tried to sell me what was in the hot box that wasn't even what I ordered. Just got a refund and left. Employees were just standing around talking when I walked in.
Pretty gross place to get your food that's for sure I went in there one time picked up my pizza and there was bugs all over the cash register and the counter about puked I won't eat there

More than 30 minutes to serve, people had to ask for their orders because the person serving did not deliver anything until they asked for it, definitely bad

Every time I go in here they have music blaring from the kitchen, none of their hot and ready's are ever ready, and I always have to wait at least 20 minutes no matter what size my order is. Seems to me like maybe their employees need to work instead of having a social gathering in the back
