Expensive for fast food and low quality. Everything tasted like the oil it was fried in. The dill cheese curds were awesome though!

Food was very good and drive thru person was nice, but I was traveling through town, so I was really frustrated when there wasn’t a fork or spoon and I ordered corn and green beans!!! Also, napkins would be nice!

$60 for burnt fries , chicken & fish. Under cooked hushpupues.
Never have I had anything fron LJS so bad. The manager argued with me about it being over cooked.
I managed a LJS 35 YRS ago. I know how it's supposed to be.

I payed 19.00 dollars for my plate of food. Look like my chicken and fish was someone else’s left overs. Talking about disappointment. The waffle fries were hard as a rock. My opinion.. either close down or find better cooks. 😒

We ordered 2 fish dinners at the driveway up. Pulled up to pay, they had only entered 1 dinner so they had to figure out how to add another dinner. We were asked to pull forward. Our order was brought out 15 minutes later. We got to our motel room looking forward to our fish dinner. The fish was drpping grease, no plastic spoons for the coleslaw and the wallffe fries were hard as a hockey puck.

We came in an hour before closing and I've NEVER had service quite like this ever before!!! Staff were super friendly and my son was shocked by her kindness bringing us extra rootbeer and even extra chicken and free cheese cake for the kiddos. They truly went above and beyond. It was my kids first time at long john silvers and by the time we were leaving both kiddos got to ring the bell before leaving which they loved. I hated that we didn't have any cash on us to leave a tip because they truly deserved it!
