Some employees here are wonderful and polite then there are others that are just standing around looking lost and doing nothing every single time I am in there. There's one particular young man that is usually on front counter that never seems to be busy and if you ask him a question or for some help all you get in return is a blank stare.

Hamburgers just slapped together. What a not so pretty presentation of them. This was after the drive threw charged me for the wrong meal.
This place is horrible, 25 minutes at the counter and they come to me with an order that is not even mine, I should throw them all away, they are slow and very bad, serving terrible service, go to the main one, I'm sure it will be better served.

The mcdonalds need to prove drive thru service and also personal because I went there the other day and the lil kids working there were don't thing there jobs I waited in line at the speaker box for the 20 minutes with no answer and then the other line was open and they took there other first when I was I was still waiting there , drive thru suck get people who really want to work not lil high school kids who can't do shit, I prefer to go into the restaurant itself but its more time consuming when when your in a hurry.

Every time they screw up our order. I always get a breakfast number 1 with extra ham, usually I only get 1, which is not great when you pay for the extra slice, today no ham at all… I go to the casino when they get our order right! Feel a big lucky. Today was a fail.
Went and ordered breakfast, mcgriddle meals and the big breakfast. One of the mcgriddles came empty just the buns and the big breakfast came with no hashbrowns or pancakes, went back to fix this with the manager and he said he would fix it. Came home only for it to be cold, STILL missing the pancakes and the hashbrowns included with the mcgriddles. Disappointed

Food was good or as expected for a McDonald's but this place is closed half the time it's supposed to be open... Smh how can you run a business that shuts down when the rush or when people actually want to eat!?!? This is McDonald's for crying out loud, the one on wyatt earp and this one used to be 24/7 with very little issues ( well besides the ice cream machines...), how come this brand new one up north that's already been redone on the inside is always shutting down for 30 mins or more when not even open close to 24 hours??? Burger King doesn't have this issue ever 24 hours a day unless a truck is unloading possibly. And you guys expect $20+ an hour!? ??? Ok...
Parking: No worries it's in a mall parking lot!!!
Kid-friendliness: Kid play area with big playset. Better than I ever had as a kid by far!!!
