Just went through drive thru. Asked for an ice water at the window. The worker got the manager, a Mexican woman(didn't get her name) to come over. She gave the water and was extremely rude and un professional. She yelled next time if you want a water you need to order it at the drive thru and you will be charged! Absolutely ridiculous over a water. Simply could've said no we don't do that. Very unprofessional.

We ordered on the app and waited over 20 minutes to get our breakfast burritos in the curbside spot. If they were busy, maybe I’d understand, but like 20 cars came in after us and all left before us. We get our food, leave, and then notice they didn’t even give us the whole order. My guess is they are too lazy to walk to the curbside.

Some employees here are wonderful and polite then there are others that are just standing around looking lost and doing nothing every single time I am in there. There's one particular young man that is usually on front counter that never seems to be busy and if you ask him a question or for some help all you get in return is a blank stare.
This place is horrible, 25 minutes at the counter and they come to me with an order that is not even mine, I should throw them all away, they are slow and very bad, serving terrible service, go to the main one, I'm sure it will be better served.

The mcdonalds need to prove drive thru service and also personal because I went there the other day and the lil kids working there were don't thing there jobs I waited in line at the speaker box for the 20 minutes with no answer and then the other line was open and they took there other first when I was I was still waiting there , drive thru suck get people who really want to work not lil high school kids who can't do shit, I prefer to go into the restaurant itself but its more time consuming when when your in a hurry.
