As you walk in they look at you or here the door chime yet when you go to pay they ignore you and continue to talk amongst each or stay on their phones. All their doors to bread cabinets are filthy

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Whether you live here in Dodge or are just passing through, you have to pay them a visit. They have really good Mexican food on the weekends. Their tamales are the best I’ve ever had! And their pandulces and conchas are to die for! There are so many options and everything is homemade and tastes incredible. The staff is also super nice and very helpful. One of my favorite spots! I come often for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, really yummy tortillas. You should definitely check it out! Always puts a smile on my face.

I was here visiting my daughter and her sister wanted pan dulces. We googled pan dulces and found this place. Not only did we get amazing pan dulces but delicious homemade tortillas as well. On the weekends they have tamales, some of the best I’ve ever eaten. I pulled into town late last night and the first place I wanted to go was Panaderia Madero. There was a nice young man that helped us pick out some of his favorite pan dulces. I was sad to learn that tamales were only on the weekend but again purchased some fresh tortillas. I can’t wait to take them home and put butter and cinnamon and sugar on them. We also tried this rice dessert. I don’t know the name but oh, my goodness, so yummy! The employees are super kind and helpful, always have the smile on their faces.

They don’t take card hence the 3 stars, and depending what time u go in the majority of bread will be sold. That being the bread has flavor!!!! That’s why it sells. And cheap. Dont take my word, try it!

Don’t go there. Their sweet bread is dry, some are bitten and some people touch the sweet bread with their hands and put it back. Waste of money.
