Bad sirves manager she don’t now how to treat a customer and they don’t deliver my pizza they throw on the trash just because they don’t want to wait 15 min

I had a pretty frustrating experience at Pizza Hut. I stood at the counter for at least five minutes while the staff in the back seemed more focused on shouting at each other than helping customers. To make matters worse, one of the workers burned her hand while I was waiting. It felt chaotic and unprofessional.
When I finally got my pizza, it was overcooked, and the crust was hard—definitely not up to standard. To top it off, the lady who cashed me out seemed upset that I didn’t leave a tip, but maybe if there had been some basic customer service or even a simple greeting, I would’ve felt more inclined. Very disappointing overall
Ordered 3 pizzas and two sets of wings. Wings were dryer than an ashy elbow.
I feel that a refund is the most appropriate resolution. I expect this to be addressed promptly

If you plan to eat dinner here, order 2 hours early, I stopped using this pizza hut so many years ago because it was always bad, delivery and service. Pizza is good, sometimes. But ordered from this one for the first time in years and not surprised nothing has changed, delivery is still trash and they don't get the order right.
This is their buffalo wings... Pathetic. COLD AND HARD

this pizza hut location is garbage. we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 wing orders, and cheese sticks. it arrived after about an hour and we got 1 wrong pizza and were missing an order of wings. I’ve ordered deliver only twice from this location - and both time major problems. save yourself time, money and a headache and get carryout if you absolutely need some pizza hut.
Not happy with the delivery service, it took 50 minutes to get my pizza when I was told it would only take 30 minutes and I requested crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese and never got it. The pizza was suppose to be a small thin crust meat lovers, but it looked like it came in a personal pan pizza box it was little and cost $22 ridiculous! I'll never order from that place again.

The pizza was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. It took forty one minutes to get my pizza.The girl at the front desk has more facial tattoos than a gang member and rude I guess they are understaffed don't order from this pizza hut
