I had a pretty frustrating experience at Pizza Hut. I stood at the counter for at least five minutes while the staff in the back seemed more focused on shouting at each other than helping customers. To make matters worse, one of the workers burned her hand while I was waiting. It felt chaotic and unprofessional.
When I finally got my pizza, it was overcooked, and the crust was hard—definitely not up to standard. To top it off, the lady who cashed me out seemed upset that I didn’t leave a tip, but maybe if there had been some basic customer service or even a simple greeting, I would’ve felt more inclined. Very disappointing overall
Ordered 3 pizzas and two sets of wings. Wings were dryer than an ashy elbow.
I feel that a refund is the most appropriate resolution. I expect this to be addressed promptly

If you plan to eat dinner here, order 2 hours early, I stopped using this pizza hut so many years ago because it was always bad, delivery and service. Pizza is good, sometimes. But ordered from this one for the first time in years and not surprised nothing has changed, delivery is still trash and they don't get the order right.

this pizza hut location is garbage. we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 wing orders, and cheese sticks. it arrived after about an hour and we got 1 wrong pizza and were missing an order of wings. I’ve ordered deliver only twice from this location - and both time major problems. save yourself time, money and a headache and get carryout if you absolutely need some pizza hut.

Not happy with the delivery service, it took 50 minutes to get my pizza when I was told it would only take 30 minutes and I requested crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese and never got it. The pizza was suppose to be a small thin crust meat lovers, but it looked like it came in a personal pan pizza box it was little and cost $22 ridiculous! I'll never order from that place again.

Ordered pizza online for pickup. Ordered 5 large pizzas. Picked them up and there were 2 large and 4 medium. I did not pick them up but my son did not knowing what all had been ordered so assumed it was what was ordered. When I called to ask them the first person as I was explaining what the issue was put me on hold not even telling me mid sentence. Second person I explained it all to and was again put on hold to get yet another person. Finally was explained that they ran out of large pizza dough?! So was substituted with 2 med for the larges. Well would have been OK with that except they did not get the order right. I paid for 5 large pizzas and only received one extra medium. Not sure how 4 mediums would equal 3 large price and they were not enough for all the people we had to feed. Along with this they were missing toppings and was explained that they were out of the topping for a super supreme. So why could they not have called and explained instead of just doing whatever they wanted to. The crusts were wrong on top of that. When went in for the missing items the place was packed with people having the same issues. This is a carry out location and there were at least 15 people packed in complaining. Why even take orders for larges if they do not have the dough and how can you not just combine the medium dough to make a large?
Absolutely delicious. Food was fresh and cooked with love. So glad I decided to go with them and not the other pizza places!

My 7 dollar picks were delivered within an hour of ordering, and everything was piping hot. The new donut poppers are out of this world!! And priced affordably.
I got two pizzas for to go and the pizza wasn’t even cooked well. The bread looked uncooked and they barely added any cheese on my pizza.

Tried to call the store, they answered but left the phone down so could hear background noise and then put me back on hold. I tried to inform them that they forgot our wings with our order. The door dasher also tried to contact the store plus contacted door dash about the issue.
