One of my coworkers recommended this place to me. I got the beef lol mein and spring rolls. Delicious! I did have to wait a bit since there was a line but it was totally worth it! I wish I would've gotten pics of my food. I can't wait to go get more noodles.

I'm on a work trip in Southwest Kansas and after a conference in Dodge City I passed by Sai Gon Food Truck. I'm Vietnamese and when I'm on long work trips I crave my home food so of course I stopped.
