I'm on a work trip in Southwest Kansas and after a conference in Dodge City I passed by Sai Gon Food Truck. I'm Vietnamese and when I'm on long work trips I crave my home food so of course I stopped. The service was excellent because they come to your car to take your order and bring it out to you, no need to even get out! I ordered a few things and bubble tea. Man, this food is so good. I got the chicken spring roll and beef fried rice, so amazing. It's hard to find good spring rolls around Dodge but I was very surprised and happy with Saigon. The wait wasn't too bad either. Definitely going back.
