Usually I have an amazing experience, through recently this one worker perhaps misheard me so I corrected them thru the drive through window to ensure that we get things figured out but instead they said something along the lines of “but you said you wanted this.” But continued to remake it anyway and apologized. I appreciate them remaking it but I’m just trying to politely correct the worker, I wasn’t angry, I wasn’t upset or raise my voice. They could’ve just said something like “oh we must’ve miscommunication, let me fix this for you.” And that’s it.

Was given the wrong drinks in the wrong size when I went to correct them lady was rude about it and told me this was the right drink didn’t even taste like the right drink I always go to this location and always get friendly service. She was rude and complained stating the drink I ordered was the correct drink all I wanted was the drink remade and given the right size but she kept insisting this is the right drink when I knew it wasn’t. Worst service in the morning, love the afternoon service better. Didn’t even get to enjoy my coffee cause it was the wrong drink it went to waste.

This place is wonderful! We tried new things today and were not disappointed! Cold brew is crazy good and the sliders were excellent! The staff were awesome and friendly and the place was clean. The smoothies and sparkling drinks were off the hook too! Recommend 1000/10 Oh and the owners are amazing as well!

Friendly staff! My daughter tried the strawberry smoothie and cookie combo. She said it is sour but good. It came with a little tattoo/sticker too!I had the turtle latte blended and my husband had the peanut butter blended and both were really good!

Same thing as many places in Dodge (and I don't understand why) service could be better, a smile goes a long way... heck, just looking at the person who's in front of you would help a bit.The coffee is not the best but it's also not the worst so when you need a quick cup without any of the gimmicks, this is definitely the place.The Cinnamon rolls are nice, not too sweet which is a good thing... The pumpkin cupcake was also good.I got the feeling they wanted us to leave quickly, but we didn't.Better than Starbucks? If they treat me nicer at SB then yes, if not then just about the same, just less expensive.

I swear this wasn’t coffee taste like bitter water down tea . I even turned around, went back and asked them if this is coffee they said yes. Also, does not seem to have any caffeine seven dollars almost. I’d rather have instant coffee. Worst I’ve ever tried.
