I go into the drive thru and I handed the girl at the register a gift card and my own card to cover the rest of the payment. She used my card first and then scanned the gift card assuming that I wanted to know how much was on the card and I expressed to her that I wanted to use the card. I didn’t get my money back until Monday this occurred on a Thursday. Then she hands me the first drink I ordered and it was in the wrong size, she hands me the next drink I ordered and it was hot I asked for it to be iced. Then finally I get my last drink and it’s made out of OAT MILK when I asked for COCONUT MILK at this point I am furious, ferocious even and I don’t make her take it back so I kept it that way and it was disgusting and full of ice. Today once again I go and ask for my regular order and both of the drinks I ordered I asked for cold foam on them. They mixed the cold foams up and gave me the CHESNUT COLD FOAM when I asked for VANILLA.

Really nice team. They made a REALLY great Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino.
When we arrived, there was ice everywhere. We let them know and the team quickly acted and corrected the issue.

The worst customer service! I've been to Starbucks in many different states and cities. Dodge is definitely the worst. I always get a venti water with a pump of peach juice. It's $0.80, at every location and even at the one in Dodge. I get to the window and I wait about 5 minutes, no one is inside or behind me. The lady comes to the window and says it's gonna be $10. I said no I got a Venti water with a pump of peace juice. She said yes and I'm charging you for 2 teas. Please help that make since? Do better Dodge. No I didn't pay for 2 teas I didn't order, I left.

Everything was fine with the coffee, but the service from the girls who are there is horrible, they have no tact, they are rude to the customer and they almost throw the coffee at you, especially with a lady who has short red hair and is very rude.
