Had Supreme crunchy tacos and they were very good. When I went in and stood and the order counter I was not greeted and was left standing there without any acknowledgement or saying they be with me shortly. I felt like they didn't really care that I was there. There was only one other customer inside who was waiting for a to go order and received it shortly after my arrival. Once my order was taken I did receive it fairly quickly.

Service is quick, and the team members are friendly. The food is good and affordable—especially compared to the McDonald’s across the street. In fact, I honestly feel like Taco Bell has become the new McDonald’s in terms of fast-food affordability. Fast food used to be cheap and quick; now it feels more like a luxury.
My main complaint about this location is that the soda machine has been broken for over two months. Because of this, employees provide drinks from the dispenser in the kitchen. Unfortunately, every time I’ve ordered a diet soda, I’ve been given the regular version instead.
To be fair, this seems to be a common issue at many fast-food and convenience-store locations. If you order a Diet Pepsi, they hand you a regular Pepsi hoping you won’t notice. This can be dangerous. What if someone can’t consume large amounts of added sugar due to insulin resistance or another health condition? Or maybe you’re someone trying to lose weight—a large soda you thought was zero-calorie Diet Pepsi could actually be 350–500 calories of regular Pepsi, and you might not realize it.
On a positive note, the dining room is clean and well-stocked, with music playing over the speakers.
All in all, it’s not a terrible location.

I went to this Taco Bell after a concert in Dodge City. Everything was great except I forgot to tell the person at the speaker I wanted a beef chalupa with my Luxe Supreme box. When I got to the window the person told me that my food was ALREADY made and at the window. I DO understand that they were EXTREMELY busy for late night. It's the MANAGERS responsibility to make sure that they are properly staffed for such events. But the food was EXCELLENT and everyone was polite.

I ordered a 5 layer burrito and it was soggy plus I ordered fries on it for extra and it didn’t come with it, ordered fries they just told me “they didn’t have it” and asked if I want it substituted, I asked for a simple crunchy taco and it was so soggy and broken.

Went in for lunch, there was no ice for drinks and the only sauce they had was mild. Food was not bad and the place was pretty clean, and the staff was friendly.
This place used to serve food in a minute and they were super fast. But the new staff in either of the two shifts at the moment are super slow. Distracted, you have to keep an eye out because you're missing products in your food, well, it's a shame.
