While planning a trip from Topeka to Colorado and back we made our plan back to try this food truck. Omg it was so worth it! I wish I had a bigger cooler to bring back one of everything! It didn’t take long and was so delicious. I ate on my xi mao noodles for 3 days savoring the flavor since it was such a long drive I don’t know when I’ll get to try again. The young man that came to our car to take our order was so nice as well. Wish I lived closer!
I had a hard time finding the place. It's actually not in the building, but a white food truck in the parking lot. There was a line of cars, so we did have to wait just a little bit, but only a little bit. There's no prices on the dishes, but they said that must things are less than $15. I had the $15 Pad Kra Pao w/fried rice and an egg which was really nice, but not the best I've ever had. Coworker had Shrimp Pad Thai, but only got literally 4 medium sized shrimp...
Today I tried Thai Express & Boba Tea. I had not had it because I don't eat out a lot but, omgsh !! Their food is amazing! Spicy but delicious! If you haven't tried it , you should, I highly recommend. 10 out of 10 !
