The manager, Mike, was very rude. When asking for no cheese on a meal, he rolled his eyes and sighed. When going to pick up the food, he practically yelled at us that our order wasn’t ready. We felt very attacked. I doubt we will come in anytime soon.

The employee at the counter called me “Door Dash Guy”.I find this rude and unprofessional, i was just picking up my mobile order like any other costumer. I don’t work for DoorDash.Parking: Horrible parking design, especially when you are in the middle of two big pickups and behind you is the line to drive thru.

I had no complaints. I thought the food was great. It wasn’t even too greasy which Wendy’s sometimes are. I thought the service was great for a fast food place. They got my order right and were fast which is all I can ask for. The soda machine is nice and new and they have plenty of seating which is great. I really liked the seats next to the TV/fireplace.The only tip I would say is that it is a little dark in the parking lot but not terrible. At least there was plenty of space.Parking: Free parking lot that is easy to access

I went through the drive-up at about 10 pm last night, I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and fries. The fries were the only thing hot and edible. The meat in the sandwich was cold, then a slice of cheese was just slapped on the meat, not heated or melted at all. I was extremely unhappy with my food. It was the worst experience I ever had with Wendy's.
Wendys is Wendys. It could be a good Wendys or a bad Wendys but at Wendy's the food is predictably constant and that is a good thing. This one could be a little cleaner but hey...

Kid behind the counter called out someone's name in a whisper. When the patron picked up his food, he complained that the food was cold, another employee told the patron they needed to listen better when their name was called. Kid also stuck his hand inside the cups he was handing out. Very sloppy work.
