The girl who took the order was 1000% excellent on her customer service skills. From her demeanor to her tone. The low rating however is for the actual sandwich itself and maybe some of my fault. I ordered the Italian on garlic pepper and it was super dry. So much so that I almost went back inside for a few sides of mayo or something. Also the sandwich wasn't cut in half nor were the condiments pushed down in the bread. If I am back in the area I will retry and rate again accordingly. I do recommend however.

Every time I’m this way (trucker) I always stop here me and my wife Aaron and Eddie are amazing and treat everyone with respect and make you feel welcoming, bad side there’s one kid in there very tall big kid (don’t know his name but face) rude and overly charged on 2 extra meat balls total should’ve been $20 weirdly came up $29 and his demeanor was off. This is my only take away from this place if he’s working will not buy food again

I was in on Monday night around 7pm and the woman inside was so beautiful and sweet !! Very welcoming and seemed sincere ! Atmosphere was clean, fresh and organized ! Bread was so soft and fresh tasting, all veggies were cold and fresh and the meats were flavorful and plenty !! I was nervous eating here because I’m very picky with my sandwiches !! Jimmy John’s is about the only place I somewhat enjoy a sandwich from besides the Italian delis back home in Chicago. But this sandwich was delicious ! Built well, proportionate and tasty !! I will be back for sure !

This location has screwed us over too many times. You'll get 1-2 where it's fine but that 3rd time you get screwed over. It's happened to us 3 times. Why have delivery when you don't get it? Also, they cancel orders without telling you until it's been an hour and you call them. Then they tell you they don't have your information to notify you. Like what?! ???♀️ Never again.

Well, unfortunately I thought sandwiches would be good for dinner today, instead I got my order that one sandwich was wrong, I called the establishment to let them know, and the male I spoke to basically said oh, we are sorry, and then hung up on me. No goodbye, no offer to fix it, just rude. Being hung up on did not help, so I called back and a female answered, I asked for the manager, was told they weren’t there, I told this person what happened with the sandwich, and the fact that I didn’t appreciate being hung up on, and this individual actually asked me, what do you want us to do about it. If I was treated as a customer should be, I would have just let them know and that would be fine, but this was so far above unacceptable, and we have made the decision to never go to Goodcents again and inform people about the way they might be treated, I have been patronizing that shop for over 10 years, never again. This is the Goodcents on 12th Ave. in Emporia, KS.

Went in tried ordering chicken Alfredo was pointed to a refrigerator to get it told them I don't want it cold and they pointed me to a microwave.
