“My husband and I visited Cider Festival at KC Wine Co. with friends and had a wonderful time — the atmosphere was lively, the cider delicious, and the games a blast.

At the end of our visit, someone in our group experienced an unexpected health scare (completely unrelated to KC Wine Co.). In that stressful moment, the kindness and professionalism of the staff truly shone. Julie was extremely supportive — calm, reassuring, and so attentive — and Sean (forgive me if I’m spelling that wrong) was also absolutely amazing. He made sure my husband and I arrived safely to our vehicle, and there was just something truly special about him. He has such a sweet spirit and a genuine gift for working with and caring for people.
