I've eaten here three times very recently for the first time in 4 years and the food was GOOD and fresh and service was GREAT. Drive through staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we drove off.I'd had two bad experiences with this location back in late 2019 with tough meat and dry buns and fries not so fresh.A few weeks ago I decided to give El Dorado location another try for the first time in 4 years after having a good experience at an out-of-state Arby's recently and the El Dorado location was also great as I said.Hats off to management and staff for making the El Dorado Arby's great again. ?
We went in last Saturday. The food was good. The service was exceptional! The little gal taking orders was so friendly. I watched her help an elderly couple after we had ordered. She me the feeling that she enjoyed her job and was happy to serve customers. I wish I could remember her name. 5 stars from me.
