They may have good products but you have to stand behind what you sell. We bought a Griddle Hack for a Christmas gift. Shipping was prompt. We thought this would be a great gift for our son for his Traeger—until he bought something else for himself during a Black Friday sale. Now we need to return it. I have reached out 4 different ways to this team and have had ZERO response in over a week. We are past the 7 day return window with a brand new in the box product and don’t know if or where to return this. We purposely bought direct from the company thinking it would be better than going through Amazon. NOT SO. So make sure this is what you want/need before ordering. The website says 1-2 day response time. I am now on day 8.
