Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Customer service was subpar, which is an understatement. Food was not well put together. Most braum locations are great. Avoid the eldorado one.

Great ice cream and burgers!

Burger was served half off the bun. Other wise it all was good.

Staff is not friendly.

I love Brahms I would say they're almost as better as Whataburger but let me tell you Whataburger has less Grease in the milk they have $3 a gallon for milk now that's cheaper than Walmart

Older, not real clean, have drive thru and set down seating.

Used to be a nice place to eat. Now they are Super slow and the employees don't seem to care. Wasn't even busy and it took me 20 minutes to purchase 2 gallon of milk.

The service and staff were great. We waited a little bit for the food but that just means it was made to order. The burgers were amazing along with the fries and their shakes are legendary. The store was clean. We will be back when we are in the area again.

I love this place. Got the bag of burritos the other morning. The eggs were wet and runny. 50% of the burritos were onion. First two bites were onion alone. All I could taste was onion. Absolutely no meat in the burritos. Verry disappointed. I recommend the bag of burritos at the rock and Harryin Wichita location

Unfortunate situation where we waited over 15 minutes inside in the ice cream line, no greeting just ice cream delivered to drive thru over and over again.

We finally asked the gentleman working tonight, if cars keep coming will we ever get served? The employee stated, we are told to serve the people in the drive thru before in store. Is this policy? Super unfortunate. We love Braums typically…

This is my hometown Braum’s. Moved away almost 18 years ago (there are no Braum’s where I live now) and still do this day make it a point to stop at a Braum’s if we can. But I always say; it’s good, but it’s not as good as El Dorado. This one has always consistently been the best. Always hot and fresh. Obviously it’s nostalgic for me, but my KC family loves it as well.

This location can never get anything right. Cheeseburgers are always dry, don’t make them right. And the worst part cause I’m pregnant is the banana split, they forgot the toppings ?

I'm not coming back to this restaurant, they have screwed up my orders too many times. How hard is it to make a hamburger with ketchup only and nothing else on it?
