The cashier in the drive through was so soft spoken that I couldn’t hear a word she was saying. And the onion rings were somehow still frozen even after being deep fried. Other than those two things, I don’t have any issues with the place.
Ordered 3 meals. Food just thrown in the bag. Burgers not even put together. Had a patty on the outside the bun. Ask for spicy sauce got nothing.
We are passing through El Dorado on our trip. We stopped by Freddy’s. We went through the drive through, it sounds like their speaker is going out it’s very hard to understand what they are saying to you. We got our order and everything passed and distributed through the car. I notice that they put the fries laying on their side and half of them fell out, their fries were also really hard and over cooked. My sandwich also had a hair in it. If you eat here good luck I’ve read mixed reviews and double check your food for hair! Best of luck to you Freddy’s it seems like your El Dorado location is your red headed stepchild.

I have been to Freddy's numerous times at various locations & always had outstanding food & service. Not at this location, in El Dorado, KS. We were a party of 7, so it was a large order & it was very busy.
After 15 minutes & several other orders being filled, we went up to ask. They said they were filling it right then. We waited almost 15 more minutes & asked again , still nothing. We finally asked for a manager & they finally gave us our order. They messed up the order. We talked to the manager & he was very apologetic, but did not offer to comp any of the meals, didn't offer anything to make up for it! When he brought the new food out, one of the meals was messed up again!
This is so incredibly unusual for Freddy's & so disappointing!!!
Needless to say, we will never go back & and we will tell everyone we know how awful the experience was!

This was one of the last good places to eat in Eldorado our food was cold the chicken sandwich had a hair in it. Tables were all dirty trashcans were full nobody was cleaning. They didn’t have dine in baskets. Terrible!! Your better than this Freddy’s

Food tasted okay, but the burger patties are extremely thin for the price. I don't think it compares to Whataburger or even Braums.

Great experience here! Every time we visit kansas, we stop at the Freddy's in El Dorado, KS. Every single time we have an amazing meal in a clean and friendly resturant.A worker there named Christina, was able to help us with the Freddy's App and we got our free concrete! :) she was great and patient with us. We very much appreciated that!We ended our lunch with a PBC&B concrete and a Salted Caramel Concrete. Fabulous!10/10 would eat here again!

Way too salty, only able to eat 1/3 of the burger. The last time was salty too, but not as bad. Sad, I really like their burgers.
