i came through at 8:40 on 10/14. no one answered the speaker and when i pulled up to the window there were workers and one of them stared at me and walked away.
coming from someone who ALSO works at a food service job there is no reason to ignore a customer especially when it’s still 20 minutes before close. if i was there at 8:59 it would be different. but, you guys were still open for another 20 minutes. there is no excuse for this behavior.

Who doesn't LOVE KFC? I used to . . . not so much lately. Our orders over the last couple of months (June/July 2025) have not been as good as they have been in the past. Food seems to have set, chicken is not crispy and the chicken sandwich (which I nearly always order) has been sub-par. Hope they improve . . . when they're good they're the best chicken joint around!

Upon walking in I noticed they need some major cleaning. Floors looked like they hadn’t ever been swept. Then the smell hit me!! The smell of dead mice! Needless to say I turned around and walked out.

tried to place an order.was told i couldnt trade out the drumsticks for thighs. funny thing is that the kfc's in wichita do it. wont be going there anymore & exactly why their parking lot stays empty most of the time
