Who doesn't LOVE KFC? I used to . . . not so much lately. Our orders over the last couple of months (June/July 2025) have not been as good as they have been in the past. Food seems to have set, chicken is not crispy and the chicken sandwich (which I nearly always order) has been sub-par. Hope they improve . . . when they're good they're the best chicken joint around!

All the lights are on and the dining room is closed an hour early. No sign on the door explaining anything just employees looking at us waiting on us to leave. Great business model.

I ordered 6 different sauces and got 5 of the same sauces.
Upon walking in I noticed they need some major cleaning. Floors looked like they hadn’t ever been swept. Then the smell hit me!! The smell of dead mice! Needless to say I turned around and walked out.

tried to place an order.was told i couldnt trade out the drumsticks for thighs. funny thing is that the kfc's in wichita do it. wont be going there anymore & exactly why their parking lot stays empty most of the time
