Cashier was very friendly, food was terribly greasy and they did something different with the chicken planks. Portions are much smaller. The entire restaurant was absolutely filthy, completely disgusting. Food crumbs everywhere, dirty tables, nasty bathrooms. This place needs new management asap.

If I could give negative stars….i would. Nothing was good about this meal. Food was undercooked. Store was filthy. I almost walked out when we arrived….wish I would have. HORRIBLE.

Not great My wife wanted it for nostalgic reasons. She didn't finish her meal. The floors in the store have not been mopped in days there was All over the floor of the bathroom dried so either someone peed on the floor completely yesterday And let it dry or they just have not been mopping the floors super sticky super covered in pee. Can't imagine what else was going on there

I have missed LJS so much. I used to visit regularly in Texas before moving to Kansas in 2020, and it was during covid and all LJS's within two miles of me had closed. Passing through El Dorado and seeing one, I was in heaven. Walking in and just the smell alone made me happy. The food, especially the hush puppies, did not disappoint! In fact, I got a lot to take home and freeze. I'll always stop by here any time I'm passing through!

I will not be going back. Grass the chicken and fish was cooked in want clean. Had brown dark spots all over my good. Chicken was really small strips and tough. Fish want good either.
