The food was average at best, the service was very friendly! Took the kids to the play place and ever inch was disgusting. Looks as if it hasn't been touched in days. Walked into the bathroom within the play area and was absolutely disgusted.

It is what it is....the fellow that work the drive was in the least friendly. I've noticed that before at other McDonald's. Maybe they're not nice enough to put out front, lol. But you should receive a nice fellow no matter what line you're in!

I normally don’t leave negative reviews because the likelihood of a multimillion dollar company doing anything to correct their mistakes is extremely low, especially this location. I have had several similar issues with this location before. I placed an order for pick up at the El Dorado McDonalds and arrived at 10:19. I waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes before I was told they didn't have my order anywhere in the system and I would need to go inside to show them my app receipt. Once inside I showed them the receipt and was asked to wait. Several people had ordered and gotten their food while I waited. At 10:48 l asked again if my order was going to be completed and turns out they had completely forgot about my order. I stood right by the counter and the employee I had talked to even kept looking at me. They knew I was there and yet my order was somehow still forgotten. I had to reach out to customer service through the app to get a refund which I am still waiting to hear back on. I would’ve been more understanding for the wait if my order was still in progress, but to completely forget about a customer and leave them standing by the counter for 20 minutes is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I liked how the McDonalds app had deals available every day to save money, but at this point with how many problems I’ve had at this location, it is not worth it and I will not be returning. And looking at some of the other reviews left here it seems many of us feel the same way.

Went for years. The service was great. I Found a hair in my food. The person didn't care. Tried going back a couple months later, and the girl who takes orders and money at first window is not friendly at all. Made me sad because I loved this place.

This place is absolutely disgusting down to every detail. I have had 3 separate instances of finding foreign objects inside of my food, the first was a bug in the bottom of my mcflurry ( from what I've seen this is not an isolated incident) the second was barbecue sauce on the inside of the lid of my smoothie (when I asked for a new smoothie she grabbed it and just switched the lid even though there had been barbecue sauce touching the drink) the last straw was finding a scolding hot sticky piece of metal from out of the fryer in my french fries (it also had green gunk all over it) when I brought it in to the manager working at the time rudely said she didnt know what I wanted her to do about it. This place is a joke as well as its employees and seriously needs to be investigated by a health inspector before someone gets seriously sick. If you care about the quality of your food I would avoid this place at all costs.

The food at this McDonald’s sucks so bad. Food is always cold and tastes like it was made last week and set outside. The only thing they get right is their cokes. And the fries??!! They are almost always cold cold cold!! I wanted the yogurt parfait which used to be great at another McDonald’s I went to but of course they don’t have it here! McDonald’s used to have pretty good salads too but of course those got stopped! I’d rather eat at QT any day day or time!!
