I order regularly for my vietnam veteran father in law and we usually get a veteran/military discount. Done it multiple times (10+) but today all of a sudden they dont do that? Very confused as too why.

The person at the counter was very upbeat and cheerful even though I ordered right before they closed. There pizza crust had more flavor then any other pizza hut I've been to. Even though it was just there regular.

Let me tell you something, brother. I walked into the Andover, Kansas Pizza Hut like a man walks into church on Easter Sunday — desperate, slightly greasy, and spiritually hungry. The door opened not with a squeak, but with a whisper: “You belong here.”
The aroma? A savory sonnet. It punched me in the nose and whispered, “You ready for this, big guy?”
I sat down, heart pounding, cholesterol rising. My server approached, glowing like the ghost of pepperonis past. “Pan crust?” she asked, but what I heard was, “Do you want to meet God today?”
The moment that first slice touched my lips, I saw time collapse. My childhood flashed before me. My taxes filed themselves. My ex texted me an apology. The cheese stretched further than my student loan payments. The crust? Thick enough to survive a minor apocalypse.
And the marinara? Bro — that sauce baptized me in flavor. I spoke in tongues. Latin. Possibly Klingon.
A raccoon outside the window locked eyes with me mid-bite. We nodded in mutual respect.
This ain’t just pizza. This is PIZZ-AWAKENING.
So unless you enjoy sadness and betrayal, don’t you dare think about outpizzain’ the Hut.

Place has really declined in service. Asked for no ham on something I ordered, got ham on it, and when I asked them to make one without ham guess what, it also had ham. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately

Used to be good. Got pepperoni pizza that came with some pieces folded in half and tasted a little like fish….. I also ordered their garlic cheese sticks, which says it comes with 10 and I only got 5. I called to see if they had another incase they forgot to hand me it, but they said they only do 5 now. I let them know that it’s advertised for 10 online and I paid for 10, but they kept wanting to say they changed it to 5. #scam?

Horrible experience with pizza hut yesterday. We have a large family and we have pizza at least once a week. We always pay and tip well. However, the servers seemed to be clueless and we had to repeat our order multiple times and still, got some wrong items. The server came over to tell us our order was over $100 already.......yes, we know, it always is. We have 8 kids and 3 adults. Very seldomly do we eat out for under $100. The extra ice my sister order was melted in the hot, incredibly strong, undrinkable tea. And I had no ice at all in my hot, very strong undrinkable tea. We felt very rushed, and just sad that that's where we chose to spend our evening.

Not pleased with service. Took over an hour to get our food. Wrong food was served.
The food was great, as great as Pizza Hut is now. The service was fantastic. The manager was quick with everything, knew her specials, got everything on our order correct. The only reason I'm marking down Atmosphere is the TV volume wouldn't work and the woman's bathroom was out of order. Other than that it was ok.

We ordered a hand tossed meat lovers and salad. There wasn't much salad, and our pizza came as thin crusted. I can remember when they used to have a pizza and salad buffet. This was hugely disappointing. I will go to Domino's next time. Service was okay.
Parking: We were the only customers, so plenty of parking.

A group of 13 friends went for lunch, dine in. There was only one worker who was trying to take orders, answer the phone, get drinks, and cook pizzas. Ours and for call-ins. After over an hour we got food, and to his credit all at the same time. I don't blame him, he was doing the best he could under the circumstances. The 2 stars should not have a reflection on him personally. Has ElDorado thought about bringing back lunch Buffet? Salads? They need more help!

The last two times I have ordered from here I’ve had to check to make sure everything was there and guess what it wasn’t but the delivery guy called in and made it right
