I ordered in the app, put an original burger with no tomato or pickle, extra onion and mayo. Got this when I got back to work, it smells horrible and doesn’t taste good as it’s only cheese and bacon on the meat…. The number on the website isn’t the right phone number as I call it and it goes to an old lady not even from el dorado.

I ordered a Route 44 sweet tea on the app went to go pick it up and it took 25 minutes for them to bring it to me. I press the red button to see why it was taking so long and it took a good 10 minutes before they even answered that. This is the final straw I will definitely go out of my way to go to a different Sonic from now on!

Never got a mini burrito unfortunately I did and El Dorado memory serves me. This isn’t the first small item I got from El Dorado Kansas burrito. Somebody accidentally dropped the salt shaker in it. It was so salty. It was so not only. Did I pay as small price for a small burrito, that’s my second strike I Will not go back. Problem is I drive through that town two times a week and it’s convenient for the good news is it’ll be healthier for me. I was hoping the picture would do it justice, but it did not. It was a very small bag and a very small burrito.

I just waited in the drive through for over 30 mins for 2 drinks during happy hr.total was $2.88.i paid the 88 cents in cash told the cashier to take 2 dollars off of my bank card because i only had $2.50 at the time on my bank card.he tried to take the full amount off of my card too because he said my card was declined then had the nerve after taking the drinks back to ask me for the 88 cents.Stop wasting peoples time by hiring scavengers!

Surprisingly a good visit, normally get cold food and bad service. Took 3 attempts to find a menu boats that worked so I could order. Placed my order and it was at my car in like 4 minutes. Server wasn't the friendliest but I got served. Good was hot even after driving home and order was correct. Dare I say they have fixed their problems?

I like sonic, but ultimately has decreased the excellent food. The fry are cold, and the burger is low rate. Since all the lawsuit in fast food restaurants, seems that they cannot cook and give you the food hot, it need to be cold. Thing that is disgusting. O well! This is why the restaurants closed them. Good luck Sonic. Plus you cannot dine in.

I feel like every time I try to order ahead it’s never working. I’m sure they turn it off because they don’t have the staff, but I just want my half priced drink.
