My first time at a spangles in a while, and my girlfriends first time at one! Glad it was a good one. Georgie at the counter was kind and had a great attitude/energy about him. Overall the crew seemed in good spirits which was nice :)

I love Spangles in El Dorado but today was different. On a drive through order, my milkshake was inadvertently rung up wrong, chocolate instead of Oreo. Mistakes happen and the milkshake was made. It was brought out and the mistake was identified. Next, the general manager came out to the car and told me that if they put Oreo in a milkshake that it was going to turn the ice cream to chocolate, anyway. I requested a refund. Approximately, three minutes later, the original fellow bought out an Oreo milkshake as originally ordered. I'm appalled by the words and actions of the general manager. Other than that, the fries were fresh and hot. My sourdough bacon Swiss was smashed down to about 3/4 of an inch but tasted fine and was hot. I'm put off by this location for a while.

I hadn't visited this restaurant before but wanted to. Got their large turtle thinking it was in a cup. Wrong! It was on a plate and massive! Made for 2-3 people. Superb!

First time ever, and I was super impressed!! Seeing Elvis in the front window was what made me think I should give it a try! Happy with my decision to stop! My Turkey Turkey sandwich was fresh and delicious. I loved that the fries were served in a cup. Hope to find myself back in an area where I can eat at a Spangles again!

I have been here multiple times and the food and service is amazing! They serve your food nice and quick, and if it takes a while, you get a free ice cream coupon! This place is amazing and I definitely recommend this place!!

I ordered onion "RINGS" not "BITS" feel like spangles is intentionally trying to piss people off, also one of the managers was rude when I asked for an extra BBQ sauce she I quote said," I already put two in the box", i asked if I could get another one when I originally asked for 3 and got two, she I quote said, "I guess" don't argue with the customer over such a small thing we help pay for your checks, I used to work for spangles as a manager a few years back, now I don't, spangles pick up your standards.
