Had a sourdough steak and egg breakfast sandwich. Mostly eggs, very little...if any steak. Chopped hamburger! and very little peppers and onions. Very disappointed with a cost of 8+$. Never again!

I worked at this place for 9 years, had my ups and downs. Met good people and bad people to the worst.. Those who try to stabb you in the back. Besides the point.. However. In all of my experiences at this place. I was moved, from store to store to help other stores who was short handed. Meeting people outside of ur own store was worth the experience. After not being there for so long, Makes me miss my people, my original crew.. those who was nothing but love and support. Those people are family. For whoever works at this place. You'll find ur people who you can call family!

I went through the drive thru with my dog today for lunch around 130 pm. The staff was extremely friendly and offered my dog a pup cup ? my food was all hot and fresh and the attention to my fur passenger was much appreciated!

Went to the drive thru was asked to wait, after 3 min i went elsewhere. Only 2 other cars in the lot. Called and person who answered the phone told me i was wrong and it was just a brief wait. I would understand the wait if a rush or a lot of people were there but one car in drive thru ahead of me. I like the food and it is usually a pleasant experience. Management needs some training on how to talk to the public. Again it is good food and usually fine.

I stopped here for breakfast on 11/12/23 at 9:45 AM. I eat at Spangles in Wichita all the time. While Spangles as a whole isn't known for their surgically clean dining areas and 5-star wait-staff, this location was at a whole new level of scariness. Upon entering the store and being in the only one in line, I waited for close to 5 minutes for them to fix a ticket for someone else in the apparently only open register. This is before they even started my order. The guy taking my order couldn't confidently answer a simple question about one of their main menu items. Regardless, I went ahead and placed my order and slid back to the back on the overly-greasy floors and waited. I stopped into the mens restroom. It was hands down the most disgusting and foul-smelling bathroom I think I've ever experienced. Not like someone had just used it, but like dead-body rotten sewer rotting food horror. Not trying to exaggerate, it was astonishing how horrible the bathroom is. Anyway, got my food, it was prepared sloppily (90% of the egg was on one side of the bagel). But to be fair, this is kind of a standard for all Spangles. Why I keep going back is beyond me. They have the weirdest tasting soda I've ever had, so I quit ordering those years ago. But this location in El Dorado needs to one be condemned and raised. It's disgusting and ruined my appetite. The parking lot was filthy, and you can tell nobody with Spangles cares about this location.
