Sandwiches are always fresh, and the employees friendly. My biggest complaint is the pricing . . . which the local store has no control over.

I don’t know if it’s the crew or what but after putting in exactly what you want on the screen in the drive through they still don’t make your sandwich correctly. I asked for specific items to be put on the sandwich because I do not like or can not have certain items and they completely ignored instructions for my order and made it how they wanted to. It’s sad really.

I'm going to Jimmy John's when I can talk to a real person.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They totally messed up my order and wouldn't fix it or give me my money back. Never eating there again.

When you come in to pick an order, you don’t ask the customer…who are you here for with a shitty attitude. You ask, how may I help you?
I placed an order online and had it Door Dashed but I accidentally put the wrong address for delivery and Door Dash said they couldn't take it to the address I wanted so I went ahead and canceled my order but Door Dash said to call Subway for my refund which I did I left a message with my cell number and they NEVER called back, They owe me at least $10 if not my full $15, If El Dorado had a 2nd location I would definitely go to the 2nd location

Will never visit this subway again. I should not have to ask for more lettuce in my salad five times. He thought a quarter of the bowl was enough lettuce I think not when that is most of my salad. He told me he was leaving room for the steak I said there will be plenty of room for it.

I ordered online I showed them confirmation and showed them that they took they money out of my account and refused to give me my food and told me if I wanted my money back that I would have to talk to my bank I'm highly disatisfied and highly pissed about this I will be calling there corporate office
I went to buy a hot sandwich and it was really small. I pay $7 for only a 5 in sandwich , no drink or chips without mozzarella because that is extra! It is really expensive for the amount of food
