I went through the drive thru so I am rating the atmosphere in my truck. It was early August so the air conditioner was cranked and my seat was properly adjusted to my liking. Other than that the staff was polite, patient and helpful. Good crew. Food was good and they didn't waste any time getting it to me.

I usually get the same thing or close to the same thing in the drive thru. They are very patient and kind when I am ordering and then again at the window. Always helpful and pleasant.

I had an online order for a cantina chicken bowl with no lettuce, no cabbage, extra chicken and extra black beans. Had almost no beans, normal amount of chicken, lettuce and cabbage. This is not the first time this has happened. It is always when the day crew is there. When I order it and the night crew makes it, they make us as I ordered it.

Worst ever! I was rushed to get my order through the drive-thru, after putting the order in I waited forever for my food. After getting to where we were going to eat my wife finds that her box had half her food my box had the other half and she had my food. Her burrito was not very beefy and there was nothing but a little meat in my Doritos taco. I spent more on food there that sucked than going to Taco Tico and getting good food. Never go to this taco bell it is horrible food and service. Corporate needs to close that store or send someone to fix it.

Ordered pintos n cheese, paid 2.30 for 2 bites of beans with sauce, no cheese. These used to be full. The bottoms of the container is even bubbled up, not flat.

I went through the drive thru on 5/18/25 and the manager Jeff, was very rude and not helpful at all. He could barely tell me what was on the steak burrito and I could hear him say, just order. He might want to make sure the customers can't hear him at the drive-thru speaker. Very unacceptable!!! If my Granddaughter wouldn't have wanted Taco Bell so bad , I would have just left and maybe said a few not so nice words to him. I won't be going back to this Taco Bell anytime soon. Very bad customer service!!!!!

Had to wait 30 minutes for an order and staf acted like they did not care. There were at least 3 other customers who waited about the same length of time. I won't be going back to this store. If I could rate below one star, I would.

19minute wait in the drive though, 2nd car in line. Low expectations by going here to start with, didn't even provide service to meet the low standards I began with. Taco Tico is cheaper, faster, and better service.
