Big bacon double classic found out the Burgar meat was mostly raw meat and was sloppy with the rest of the Burgar. The Nuggets and chicken tenders were little over cooked. The Manger and most of the employees are outside smoking frequently,every time I have come to order food.and including the management ðŸ˜

Morning staff is just awesome. Constantly on the move with getting things done for the day. Management is just awesome. Evening/night shift could use a little work. Otherwise very friendly and seem easy to talk to.

That means the CUSTOMER is to be SERVED to the best of your ability.
It does not mean that the customer needs to pull forward so the clock stops running so you can lie about how quickly you served me.... me, THE CUSTOMER! Remember me from the first and second sentences?
You tell me that Corporate is telling you to do this. It is not my job to help you or your corporation LIE.
In the time you spent arguing with me and threatening to refuse my patronage. You found food for me. Albeit, it was the wrong sandwich and I had to remind you to get my chili, but I got fresh hot fries.
If you want to use the fact that I asked for fresh french fries as a reason your time is too long, try not serving luke warm limp fries in the first place and you won't have to worry about that request.
Finally, raising your voice and arguing with the costumer will never earn you good reviews. Should have left well enough alone.

My visit to ElDorado Wendy's was last month, on April 10 was VERY GOOD. The level of service, on May 31, 2025, wouldn't have impressed the worst possible. I know. I seen him. Cutting in line, like he owned the place. However, they lost 2 customers. Now you compare to Taco Bell. The lowest possible insult. However, the truth...........the truth. Ua know-----what sets you free. Avoid captivity. Wendys used to be good, when Dave Thomas was here. Has sucked, for years. Run by criminals, now. Been 4 years..

The weight in the Drive-Thru was a little excessive for the amount of people in the store and in the Drive-Thru, but the food was hot in the service was friendly.
Eat here if you want old fries and microwaved hamburgers, (happened to me 3 times in a row now and will be the last visit at this location.)

Lakota was my drive-thru server, and she was super friendly and provided excellent customer service. She made sure my drinks weren't covered in pop like the last time I went. I even got asked if I needed any sauce or anything.

I’m leaving a review for store number 013987 in Eldorado Kansas 67042. . They have the best customer service. The people that work there are absolutely amazing. I dined in and the cleanliness was great. They brought the food out to me when it was done. They prepared and cooked it in a timely manner. Overall I would highly recommend this store for everyone who loves them some Wendy’s.
