My visit to ElDorado Wendy's was last month, on April 10 was VERY GOOD. The level of service, on May 31, 2025, wouldn't have impressed the worst possible. I know. I seen him. Cutting in line, like he owned the place. However, they lost 2 customers. Now you compare to Taco Bell. The lowest possible insult. However, the truth...........the truth. Ua know-----what sets you free. Avoid captivity. Wendys used to be good, when Dave Thomas was here. Has sucked, for years. Run by criminals, now. Been 4 years..

The weight in the Drive-Thru was a little excessive for the amount of people in the store and in the Drive-Thru, but the food was hot in the service was friendly.
Eat here if you want old fries and microwaved hamburgers, (happened to me 3 times in a row now and will be the last visit at this location.)

Lakota was my drive-thru server, and she was super friendly and provided excellent customer service. She made sure my drinks weren't covered in pop like the last time I went. I even got asked if I needed any sauce or anything.
I’m leaving a review for store number 013987 in Eldorado Kansas 67042. . They have the best customer service. The people that work there are absolutely amazing. I dined in and the cleanliness was great. They brought the food out to me when it was done. They prepared and cooked it in a timely manner. Overall I would highly recommend this store for everyone who loves them some Wendy’s.
They gave me a chicken sandwich that tastes old. The time before that, they made us wait forever for our food, then gave it to someone else. Clowns work here. Weird, I thought that was a McDonalds thing.

If I could give a negative review I would. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with my son and never even got acknowledged that we were there. When we walked out the door someone started towards the counter. -5/10 fir customer service, go to any other wendys than this location! The one star is just because it wouldn't let me rate it with nothing!
